Originally from Ontario, Krista has spent over 10 years working as a Physiotherapist in Kelowna. She loves to spend time in the mountains and she is very passionate about helping others lead an active lifestyle.

Krista believes that the key to recovering from an injury is often through an exercise based program. She finds that a combination of education, manual therapy and exercise are an optimal approach to recovery after an injury.

Through a series of guided exercises, she assists her clients to improve their posture, flexibility, balance, strength and general health. She strives to help clients come away feeling stronger and healthier than before their injury. She works hard to be sure that her clients are consistent and comfortable with a regular exercise routine to continue staying active, even once they have completed their physiotherapy treatments.

Krista holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Western Ontario. She has advanced her manual therapy skills through clinical courses with the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Alison has been with the Core Center of Health since 2020, and is proud to be working along side a strong team of health care professionals. With over 15 years of experience, she practiced in busy multi disciplinary clinics in Burnaby and North Vancouver for 11 years, and is happy to be back in her hometown of Kelowna.

Alison graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2007, and has been honing her rehabilitative skills ever since. She spent 2 years teaching human anatomy and kinesiology in the First College RMT program. She was also a clinic supervisor in the student clinic. Mentoring the next generation of RMTs is a passion for Alison as she feels strongly about giving back to the profession.
